Rosarium Garden Center

I was on a mission this April to find climbing roses with yellow in them for a memorial arbor for my mom. I called around the nurseries near me in North Idaho, and they all either did not know what they would be receiving, were not receiving yellow climbing roses, or said roses have to be ordered the fall before. Maybe I should have planned better? I called the Rosarium, and they said they had plenty of yellow climbing roses to choose from. So I grabbed a coffee and my sister, and we made it a little jaunt to see what they had. Indeed, there were several varieties of yellow climbing roses! We kept oogling the Joseph's Coat roses that go from yellow to dark pink as they're exposed to sun/heat, so that's what we ended up getting. The employees were so lovely to chat with, helped us find the sea of climbing roses, and answered all our little questions since this is our first time planting roses (we've cared for established roses growing up, but never started any ourselves). We transitioned them to outside over the month of April since we planned to plant them Mother's Day weekend. They had lots of baby buds by the time we got them in the ground, and the first blooms opened a few wee

We went to the Rosarium for the Dahlia Festival and it was super fun! It was delightful to walk around the property with my baby and husband. We enjoyed looking at all the various plants for sale and being grown. The Dahlias were absolutely stunning to see! The vendors that were on site for the event were great and felt like a great find in a unique location! Can't wait until next year!

This place is BEAUTIFUL... they have so many beautiful roses and have lots of plants and trees for sale. We were able to rent some space with a provided tent for a memorial it was the most beautiful place for this type of event. The staff are so very helpful.

The most wonderful display garden and supplier of David Austin roses in Spokane. We love to visit the beautiful laburnum arch in June and see their stunning hydrangeas in mid summer. They’re knowledgeable and helpful here with any plant or pest problems. They do have nice metal sculptures, large pots, arches and trellises as well.

This is one of my favorite places to visit every year. I usually only come by once a year as I'm never out this way anymore and kind of far from my home base. When I do come by I'm always amazed and in rose heaven. It's so beautiful and the environment is serene. All the staff are very helpful and informative when needed. It's also just a great place to walk around and enjoy. I have a hard time wanting to buy every rose plant I see here and must refrain. Otherwise I have gotten quite a few of my roses from here and they have all turned out amazing and healthy. I highly recommend this place.
